Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by REV OPS AGENCY, operated by Patryk Wysocki (Patryk Wysocki Company) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By engaging with our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
 

1. Services

We provide strategic consulting, audits, and implementation support related to sales processes and HubSpot optimization. Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in each project agreement or package description.

2. Payment & Pricing

All services are provided on a fixed-fee or retainer basis, as clearly outlined on our website or in a custom agreement.

  • Fix & Optimize Package: $500 USD one-time payment.

  • Retainer packages: Pricing and scope agreed upon in writing.

  • Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All fees are non-refundable once work has started.
     

3. Communication & Delivery

Clients agree to provide timely access to HubSpot and related tools, as well as participate in scheduled meetings to ensure smooth delivery.

We will deliver our work as outlined in the project scope. The Fix & Optimize Package includes 2 live calls, summary documentation, and optional assistance.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your business and data with respect. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential and used solely to deliver our services.

5. Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all materials we create for your business (e.g. audits, consultations, documents, templates) are owned by you after full payment is received.

We reserve the right to reference anonymized versions of our work for marketing purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing).

6. Termination

You may cancel services at any time. If work has already started, no refunds will be issued. We may terminate the agreement if you're unresponsive for more than 14 days or violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver great results- but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., increased revenue, conversion rates, etc.).
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or other losses resulting from the use of our services.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
